Our client wanted to update their penthouse residence in the Cheesman Park area of Denver and create a new floor plan that allows for spectacular views of downtown and the mountains beyond. Clean lines give this penthouse and modern and luxurious look, while wood details such as built-in shelves, trim and floors lend warmth. A stunning wall of windows in the living and dining area showcases the changeable Colorado skies, breathtaking sunsets and city skyline.
