Beaver Dam Circle Luxury Architecture Project - Vail Village, CO

This home celebrates timeless mountain architecture, the comfortable elegance of contemporary design and connection with the natural world. Its towering windows overlook the property’s pond and the broad doors open up to it for indoor/outdoor entertaining or restful weekends at home. Rustic touches such as reclaimed wood floors and walls weave seamlessly together with the modern features like the dining room’s backlit steel wine rack and the clean lines of the living room’s stone fireplace. This project presented an architectural challenge because it was a renovation that required adding a lower level to the home, but the resulting residence has a flow and is cohesive from lower to upper floors that makes it seem like the design was always this way.
