Lauren Walton

Project Architect, AIA

Lauren came to Colorado from her hometown of San Diego to study at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received a four-year degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architecture. In 2005, she moved to Vail to join GPS Architects. In 2007 she joined KH Webb Architects, where she found a team that complemented her skills and inspired her creativity. Lauren enjoys the diversity and creativity in her work, and values the flexibility, versatility and experience of the team. “The contemporary projects we work on are always encouraging innovative solutions and one-of-a-kind designs, which keeps work interesting day to day.” When she’s not working, Lauren volunteers as a Trail Host for the Town of Vail, and enjoys taking advantage of all the activities the Vail Valley has to offer year round, including snowboarding, backpacking, rafting, biking and yoga.
